Hey, I'm JAnelle.
I believe in building a strong, safe therapeutic relationship with you.
I take a holistic approach to treatment, and I see therapy as an opportunity for you to build healthy relationships, recognize your inner strengths, and discover your personal path to change.
I have experience in a variety of settings including in people's homes with family-based, offices with outpatient therapy, and in schools providing therapy to students. I've enjoyed working with all ages - children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including client-centered therapy, systemic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.
